A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR
Hi, my Name is Lachlan Barden, originally from Cunnamulla QLD off the land. My parents own two sheep and cattle stations about 80km’s south towards Bourke. I was schooled in Brisbane at Nudgee College where at the age of 15 I started my school based apprenticeship as a Boilermaker. Once completing my apprenticeship I ventured out of Brisbane in 2008 to the Cooper Basin Oil Fields where I worked for an Earth Moving company. This latter led me too Roma where I continued to work in my trade and upskill in the industry of Manufacturing as a Fitter & Turner. In 2013 I was made Operations Manager which led me to taking over the company in November of 2015.
My goal for the company is to help people reach their goals whether it be Rural, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Quarrying, Machinery or Breakdown Maintenance & Servicing. Whether it be a welding job, plant breakdown or the design, production and assembly of components needed for your project we can help. Our aim is to provide that same day service so you can get back in the paddock, field or whatever the industry quickly. Along with my team of highly skilled staff we have the capability, machines and technology to meet all of you needs. I invite you to help me achieve my dreams/goals which are to provide a long prosperous future for not only my family but all the families that are involved in making Rayham Engineering a possibility.
